The title GenGnosis is a combination of two words, Genesis which is the first chapter of the Bible that means the beginning of a story. Gnosis which means a heightened state of spiritual awareness or enlightenment. The theme of this chapter will consider the beginning of the spiritual journey. Usually there is an event in life which causes people to turn to spirituality for their own personal reasons. This is an important to time to consider because it serves as an anchor point that you can reference to when you feel lost. In order to know where you’re going you must remember where you came from. My father used to always say that time waits for no one. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you must do more or that you should beat yourself up for not accomplishing your goals yet. It just means to examine the use of your time. The past has happened already and the future is yet to come. We long for the past and have anxiety for the future. All which truly exists that is certain is how we relate to the now.
There are so many people who turn to subjects like religion, reiki, astrology, tarot, philosophy, psychology or find causes to fight for and end up losing themselves becoming lost in the Sauce.

This is important because it’s better to be on the side of creation when it’s time to truly face reality during periods that test our psyche to their very limits. This way you won’t be abandoned by helpful spirits when the biggest of tests arrive.
Destruction can also be in service to the Divine depending on morality which is a construct that is ambiguous or hard to define. Basic human needs are easy to understand such as the need for food, water, shelter, safety and community. The nature of morality can shift once an event such as war happens or when basic needs are denied or made inaccessible.
Michelangelo’s Birth of Adam painting on the ceiling of the sistine chapel in Vatican City is a great example of our relationship to the divine. We can be so close to touching God yet never make that connection.
There are many creation myths which tell stories of various archetypes that personify nature to explain the origins of the world and humankind. Some people brush these stories off such as Genesis for example viewing them as being absurd. Others view these stories as being literal truth. In the context of this website I prefer that the subject matter be read as if they were true while reading the text or meditating on an image. This helps to immerse oneself in the energy of the spiritual force that the text or image may allow you to tap into. When the readings are over the forces can remain and manifest themselves as being a noticeable shift in perspective during day to day activities like a reality filter. It’s important to remain grounded once your journey into the spiritual realm occurs as it can be an activity which alters the state of consciousness in a jarring way if measures aren’t taken for mental fortitude.
The Bible for example and similar religious texts can provide a huge benefit to study. But it can also be something that causes spiritual psychosis if a person becomes too consumed with them.
I would like to quickly highlight some ideas I have about studying religious texts. First is that they act as a portal to accessing forces of the divine through the filter of the origins of the scripture. Similar to the way a QR code provides access to a website or app.
There are spirits who will align with the energies of the texts. They may be helpful spirits or they may be harmful spirits. Helpful spirits are ascended beings whom have the ability to aid you in your life path journey. Harmful spirits only wish to destroy you because of a variety of reasons. They may be jealous, they may be obsessive, or latch onto you because they are starving of light. They could be attracted to you for many reasons. Studying spirituality or any subject which brings joy or light to you makes you become noticeable in the spirit realm. There are residual energies which we pick up that can be good or bad. Practicing banishing and prayer is essential to keeping a balance when participating in day to day life and study.
